I have personally been involved in strength training for over 10 years. I am passionate about fitness and strength particularly; constantly learning and gaining experience. I have branched into Strongman/woman training over the last few years and have been competing for a couple of years. This sport truly excites me and I really enjoy the sense of community it encompasses. Lifting weights and getting stronger continues to be a positive force in my life and I feel privileged to be able to encourage other women especially, to lift, accomplish their goals and ultimately feel good in their bodies.
