podiums in various disciplines, including cycling (road, mountain, cyclocross,
para-cycling), running (road, cross-country), duathlons, triathlons, and adventure
racing.
Our coaching operates on a month-to-month basis. Weekly contact with your coach allows you to discuss your highs and lows, and you’ll receive a new
training plan that evolves based on your goals, progress, and setbacks. Your coach will track and analyze your digital training data, and recommend free tracking apps if needed. Should illness, work, weather, or other factors disrupt your training plan, your coach will make the necessary adjustments to keep you on the path to your personal best.
