With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Shelley Harrison is a certified personal trainer known for her empowering, results-driven approach to health and wellness. Specializing in strength training, functional movement, and personalized fitness programs, Shelley is passionate about helping clients of all ages and abilities build confidence, resilience, and lasting habits.

 

Her philosophy is simple: fitness should be challenging, supportive, and sustainable. Whether you’re new to working out, recovering from injury, or training for a specific goal, Shelley tailors every session to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.

 

Shelley holds certifications in Advanced Personal Trainer ASFA / Assisted Stretching, and regularly expands her knowledge in mobility training, injury prevention, and holistic wellness to ensure her clients receive the best care and guidance.

 

When she’s not coaching, Shelley is likely hiking, experimenting with healthy recipes, or encouraging her community to move more and live better.
